Checklists

• For now we are going to exclude the field C2233 (notes field for the checklists questions on the preparation step)
• Since we are creating an association between the checklist questions with the nodes from the norms tree, theres no way to automatically migrate the current checklists. This has to me done manually. The current indication is that there's a low amount of customers that use the checklist feature, so it my not be something we have to worry.
